@ Sea- Steamed scallops with green papaya salad and rice
Not satisfied that I didn’t have papaya salad the other day, I’ve decided to go to a fish n chip shop that some other bloggers have been raving about. No, it’s not actually the fish n chips they’re raving about, it’s the $9.80 healthy seafood meal.
First you choose the seafood (barramundi, salmon, scallops etc), then choose whether you wanted it steamed or grilled, then choose rice or couscous, then choose a salad.
I thought I should be healthy, so I chose steamed scallops w/ rice & papaya salad. First, the papaya salad- very yummie, very fresh with crunchy peanuts- nice. Steam scallop- less nice. A bit fishy in flavour and without any sauce to speak of the whole dish is quite dry- I had to throw in some XO sauce :P So much for my health kick :P
I think next time I might try the grilled scallops instead- but overall is a very healthy and good for value choice.
