Cuisine: Tea!
Cha Da Wan is a cute little tea house in Sunnybank. They offer a wide range of teas, both hot and cold. Other drinks are also available for non-tea drinkers.
My favourite (of the two teas I have ever tried there) is an iced chrysanthemum pu erh tea.
Some of the hot teas have a particular way of pouring the tea.
The tea comes out with a little cup and tea pot sitting in a bowl. You will also get an urn of hot water. The waitress will first rinse the tea pot and cup in hot water.

Each time the teapot is filled you probably only have enough tea for one cupful. Then you refill the teapot till it is almost overflowing. Then replace the lid which lets tea overflow into the bowl (yes there was a reason for the bowl!). Its quite a fun experience and interesting to watch.

The urn seems magical with an endless amount of water. Or perhaps the size is just deceptive, seeming smaller than it really is.
Some other teas sit atop stands with tea lights in them to keep them warm.

Andrew had a tea which tasted like you were drinking a very earthy grass. It was not really to our taste. But each tea comes with a good description, you just need to remember to read them carefully when choosing.
The store has a nice atmosphere. Its cosy and good for an after dinner chat, being so close to Market Square. There is ample parking at the nearby shopping centre if you cannot secure one right out the front.
Mmmm tea!
